This company is very unprofessional. I ordered in stock items for next day delivery, as I needed them for animals and wanted to get them set up and working ahead of the turtles arriving. However, I was not updated on the status of my order and finally had to call to find out what was going on. The customer serice rep offered the parts of my order ready to go on next day delivery but when the delivery company called me, they offered the earliest delivery of the day after that. I immediately emailed AND left a voicemail with Seapets cancelling my order. Of course, no one has responded acknowledging the cancellation.
