An item on my account was re ordered and delivery changed from Uk to Bulgaria. I notified Amazon immediately it was not my order 3 times over the next 3 days. They assured me all would be cancelled. They did nothing and I tracked it to Bulgaria where it was delivered. 6 weeks later Amazon have charged me even though I removed my card details and now they will not refund me as apparently I have not returned the original Item, even though I told them it was a fraudulent replacement request. I have been on the phone for hours and been hung upon 3 time despite being polite and patient. Use Amazon at your own risk it is not safe and they have no customer care
