Bought a 1986 Yamaha XV1100 Virago with 20,000 miles rode it every day from July 1 to Oct 15 2008. By the end of the season I added another 7,000 miles I have owned a number of different bikes and this one is my favorite to date. All I have done to date is change the oil and add the gasoline very reliable ride. Power is awsome lots of low end grunt . I usually ride between 65 and 70 60 to 80 miles. Seating position is comfortable I have higway pegs that add to the comfort. The bike looks as good as any newer cruser the things oozes crome and gold plating. No fancy sytems just bone basic motorcycling tech here. Yamaha got this one right
