“Loving Nightmare”

This is the worst flower delivery service I have ever used. Not only did they responded my emails several days after I had been inquiring about my gift, but a week after the expected delivery date my purchase "was on its way". Customer service 0. Delivery timing 0. Company's responsibility 0. This is a zero company!
