“hyper critical evaluation of condition of car”

I feel that the examination of my 5 year old car was excessive there were many chips and minor scuffs pointed out that I honestly had never noticed and under normal circumstances never would. Once all these defects had been totted up the original online valuation had been reduced by 25%.
I thought I had been honest in my description but feel that unless a pristine car is presented a prospective seller will never achieve the online quoted figure. There does not appear to be an allowance for fair wear and tear.
I even had £20 deducted for a muddy footprint on inside of the door.
