On Monday 13 December I visited the Old Brompton Road, London outlet. Service was poor; the member of staff who attended to me was slow and forgot what I ordered when he got distracted by another member of staff. Whilst I was paying for my double espresso another member of staff wanted to take my order, no clear management. The coffee was weak and the temperature of the coffee was luke warm.
