“Awesome new Mega Labels website”

Despite having a fully working website from another company, we weren't ever 100% satisfied with what we had and needed to make bespoke changes in order to develop and grow. This is where The Smarter Web Company excelled.

From the initial design to the eventual launch, the staff were extremely helpful and more importantly very patient with every process and the changes that we wanted implementing into the new site. Communicating with the developers was also straightforward and was done with ease and usually brought an instant response to any queries either by email or by phone.

The Smarter Web Company would find a solution to the bespoke changes that we wanted and as a result we are delighted with how the website functions, the manageability of processing orders and the potential it has to reach out to new customers.

Would I recommend The Smarter Web Company to others? Having used them on 3 separate occasions now and impressing every time, I would absolutely recommend them.
