I had pre-book the rental car for 2 cities (Pisa and Florence). In Pisa, The had windshield crack line and I reported to the person in charged when taking delivery. He said, since I have purchased a full coverage, they don’t need to note the damage upon taking the car. Some how, I had to prersude the guy to note down on the form reluctantly. Upon returning the car, it was a new guy and he said nothing was noted on the damaged in the computer system, and hence asked me to file a report. What a waste of time!!!
Then I went on to Florance and picked up another car. This time after the trip I was charged EUR 120.00 in my credit card, and it stated "car service". I wrote to the company a few times and they until now ,have not done anything to clarify or explain what was the charges all about.
I
