Made a claim for childs ipad, which had a large glass of water knocked onto it, smashing the screen and filling with water. Claim was handled quickly and efficiently and a voucher was emailed in a week to purchase an exact replacement because it couldn't be repaired. They did seem a little surprised I accepted an exact replacement for some reason. Well, why wouldn't I?
