“Garage soaking wet! ”

We have brought a property in Newport looked good at first but concerns are arriving already and only moved in November! All our door had to be replaced as all handles fell of within a week! Wrong cooker! One coat of paint so you can see all brush marks, and the extra shower we had put in is falling of the wall! My one major concern is the garage! Soaking wet walls and floor to the point it's unusable as their mould everywhere! I have just been told that a garage will never be dry! However I'm not stupid as the render is going green on the lower half of the garage! I'm not happy at all and the customer care is horrendous! I'm getting my own builder in to write a report so I can go back to persimmon with concrete evidence!
