Never use this company... Firstly misdirects with a UK website despite being Hongkong based. So delay in delivery. Had to buy another iPad from Apple Store as was a Gift. When requested to cancel order because of non delivery was advised of cancellation charges & once get the delivery to pay for return postage. Utmost poor customer service not acknowledging failure in service taking over a week to revert to emails. Didn't provide phone number to contact nor callerd me. it took 2 months to delivery as FedEx delivered to a neighbour for unknown reason. Started chasing for delivery when received invoice from FedEx & then eGlobal sends me pod which I never received & again no response for 10 days. After chasing again they revert as to case opened With FedEx who advised where the delivery took place & had to go & fetch the parcel. Despite providing the FedEx invoice after 3 weeks am advised they couldn't open the attachment and asked to send again. On sending again they still couldn't open a simple pdf file. I request them to take from FedEx which again they say they couldn't. Sent them a third time which they have now opened but ask me to provide payment proof to give refund. Never any word for compensation despite repeated requests... Still the isuue not solved. Ended up buying 2 iPads unnecessarily and now might be charged penalty from FedEx... never buy from eGlobal... Worst ever experience & still not finished... Order no. 5342617
