“Awful experience”

dreadful customer service. I ordered an item over two weeks ago and got a call on the day it was due to be delivered to tell me it wasn't going to turn up. Since then I have been trying to get an answer out of Very as to when I am going to get it but no joy. You hold on the phone for ages and then get cut off!
