“Household insurance”

Rubbish put second year premium up by 50 percent! When I had a claim took them three days do find my policy even though they were provided with reference number! Phoned them kept me on hold for 20 minutes then put the phone down! Never returned my call and said they had! Luckily my claim was minor! Wouldn't touch them again and I will tell all my friends and acquaintances plus local paper and if it means they lose one customer who might have had the same experience as me and lots of other people I'll be happy
