I have just tried to cancel my Avast computer software as I was already protected . I was on the phone for 30 minutes when the person tried to sell me some tools for my computer for £80 for removing unwanted files. He was extremely unhelpful and he did not remove the Avast software which I had rang up for them to do . I would not recommend Avast to anyone.
