Ordered £70 worth of dog food and a couple of chews:
I received an e-mail on the day the delivery was due to say that they were holding up the delivery for the dog chews that weren't in stock. a. I would have to pay extra charge to received, b. It'll be another few days before I receive. c. When I rang to find out what was going on I discovered this is part of a much larger company - Ved meds Direct.. not at all what I expected.
They have all my details and the girl I spoke to wouldn't give me her surname as reference for the refund... appalling customer service.
