“Excellent Service”

I ordered my washing machine on the Saturday having trolled through the internet to get the best price. I paid, what I considered a fantastic price which included free delivery. On the Monday I received an email stating that due to the items popularity they had sold out BUT they offered me the next model up at the same price. How many companies would do that these days?
Delivered on time by a very polite and helpful delivery driver.
Excellent price and excellent service.
