WLR is easy once you take the time to get used to keeping a log of your daily food intake and exercise. It really helps to motivate you and gets you to think about the amounts of calories in food and also how much exercis is needed to burn off those 'treats'!!
The only negatie really is that it is quite time consuming but it is worth the effort.
