“Do not use this company!”

Good website but that's were the positives end.
I placed an order in early Novemeber. Immediately I was unsure if the order had gone through as I received no email confirmation. A week later I repeated the order as I had received neither email nor the ordered product in the interim. Again, a week passed and no email nor wallpaper. I telephoned the company at this point to clarify the order status and to cancel it, if it had indeed been received. I was informed that the product had already been dispatched and would be with me the following day and therefore couldn't be cancelled. I considered this a bit odd seeing as the funds hadn't been deducted from my account. Funnily enough the wallpaper didn't arrive with me the following day but the money was taken from my account. The product arrived a few days after this.
As my decorating plans had changed I still intended to return the wallpaper and sent it back within the week (postage costs incurred by myself).
I had acknowledged on the website that it states it may take 30 days to receive your refund. I let 30 days pass and no refund. To cut this short I returned the wallpaper on 7th December and have only now received my refund. The customer service from this company and namely the manager has been terrible. They have blatantly lied to me, avoided my calls, ignored telephone messages and have passed me about "departments" in my attempts to retrieve my refund. I'm still no clearer as to why it took two months to refund my order as communication was so poor. Certainly on one of the instances when someone did answer the phone I was informed that this wasn't a unique issue and that other customers were having difficulty retrieving their refund. I think this is less likely a "payments department issue" and more a cash flow problem/ poor management.
Please don't give this company your custom, they are not deserving of it.
