I ordered flowers to be delivered to my husband who is home alone on Valentine's day. He had a traumatic brain injury 4 months ago and I have to be away working because of it. I paid through paypal they claimed my credit card didnt go through but I have confirmation both through paypal and the credit card they got their money. Tried three times with customer service today. They hung up on me twice reprocessed the order with another payment method the customer service rep didnt complete the order despite saying it was. Billed me again. Then said they couldnt deliver the flowers until Monday and I placed the order yesterday for delivery yesterday most unreliable company ever. Dont use them. Then I had to explain to my poor brain injured husband why he was forgotten on valentine's day.
