“Great Prices, Fantastic Service”

Ordered some Tag Heuer Reflex 3 glasses from Pret A Voir, having tried them on a local opticians and almost fainted at the cost. Pret A Voir were under half the price. These are my first ever pair of glasses so I was a touch apprehensive ordering online but had read reviews and was reassured - Pret A Voir are also UK based (Glasgow I think) and attached to a proper opticians, not some outtfit based in Hong Kong. I rang a couple of times to ask things before ordering and the people I spoke to were really knowledgable and helpful. I think in total I had 3 emails just confirming my prescription and lens choice, she was really nice and friendly. 8 days later and my glasses arrived by Royal Mail, as per the tracking details I was sent. Glasses are beautifully made and I love them, although I'm still adjusting to wearing glasses. The only issue was the Tag Heuer microfibre cleaning cloth was missing - a quick email back and she had one in the post the next morning, along with a covering note apologising. Absolutely brilliant service all round - please don't hesitate to use these guys!
