I am a Senior and I found the Booking Lady very helpful and understanding.I did not feel at all rushed.
I was able to book the dates and flight times I wanted with no fuss.
I was offered a cheaper option flying out of Gatwich not Heathrow but this did not suit me.
Unfortunately the lady sent me the wrong link but this was quickly corrected and she apologised.
Very happy with the service.
