“Parcels are shipped.... somewhere!”

I live in a flat on the first, with a working doorbell, and I was waiting for my parcel, even tracking the delivery truck online. I had a previous bad experience with this courrier but this time, I was ready!

Then, suddendly I received an e-mail saying that the driver had delivered my parcel to the next house! I rushed to the window, spotted the truck, ran downstairs and went to ask the driver why he gave my parcel to the neighbour. He calmly replied that he had knocked at the door and got no answer. As sole excuse, he simply added that he was only there to deliver things!

No concern about customers whatsoever!

Avoid this courrier at all costs!
