First up, on price and coverage I am well pleased but with a couple of caveats.
I had already got an online quote and fully filled the details and supplied the reference number yet still had to go through every single piece of information again. Why? I believe that since the ONLY way I could get in touch was through a paid phone number at 7p a minute! The guy, who was very helpful and polite, nevertheless proceeded to read through endless reams of conditions and provisions which I deemed wholly unnecessary. Also left me hanging for several minutes to "check" something.
My suspicion is they are making money off the call also. Now 3 days later and I still have not had the promised email documents on the policy.
If it works out I will be happy with the coverage but unimpressed by the sales method. Kind of sneaky in my view. Hoping that if ever a claim is necessary I will not have to pay through the nose for the phone call!
