WRITE A REVIEW

“Better than Expected”

I have been a Animal Friends Customer for about 3-4 years now and have cover for 3 large dogs. Based on coverage on Watchdog at the end of 2015, I was unsure on whether to renew or go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, one of my dogs has become unwell with a Heart Condition and I was very apprehensive if there would be any problems with the Claim.

But I have been pleasantly surprised on how good a job that they have done. I have called Customer Service to check a few things to make sure that I was doing things right so not to delay my claim and they have been very knowledgeable and helpful, better than most companies.

The Claim was processed in a reasonable amount of time, the only error being made by my Vet in under claiming a Consultation Fee. Unfortunately, the condition will mean on-going Claims, I already have another one in and another to submit. So I will review again hopefully with more praise.

Have marked NO to Recommend to a Friend at present, but if the Claims go through without any problems then would have no hesitate to change to YES.
