“Up until today my intention was to go back to them...”

Good Points
I never needed to claim through Prudential, so although I always thought their level of cover (including roadside recovery) seemed very good, I haven't tested it out with a claim.

Bad Points
I cancelled my policy 2 weeks ago, and I phoned them yesterday morning to request a fax certifying my 9 years no claims - I've just bought a car in the USA. I was assured that this could be done no problem in 2 hours. However, 2 days, many phone calls, broken promises and a complaint to the customer services supervisor later, and I still have no fax. I even got out of bed at 2am to call them early morning UK time to give them as much time as possible to sort it out.

General Comments
Up until today my intention was to go back to them when I return to the UK. But not anymore.



If Prudential car insurance cannot master adding my name and number of years no claims to a standard fax and sending it - what chance have they of sorting out an actual claim?
