“Delivery to wrong address then finally arrived 5 days...”

In fairness to my own stupidity I confess I knew this big well known company (v) only used Yodel, but still salivating over a brand new shiny phone I went ahead and ordered it. Well it finally did arrive a week after the due date and several (Not True) failed attempts and including being delivered to the wrong address.

Well they must have had some free time and used my parcel has a football (I doubt it was originally packaged like that), however the contents survived the ordeal.. my patience however did not!

Word of warning if you contact yodel asking where is my parcel... the big red sender deems this has you taking responsibility for delivery, simply by asking according to big red supervisor. (They are wrong btw). So never contact yodel yourself, and better still try not to use them. The deceit were astounding.

Worst delivery company ever and I have little respect for the sender either.
