I cancelled my auto-renewal to avoid them just taking more money, as soon as I did, all the automatic notifications stopped. I emailed their customer service team who eventually replied saying the problem was with my email filters, but the emails suddenly started again. One week later they stopped !. Other people have reported the same, it seems that even if you have a valid paid for subscription, they deliberately disable functionality of their site if you cancel your auto renewal. What a rip off and no doubt is in breach of their own terms and conditions.
