“Use MONEY GRAM, not western union”

My son, in another state, needed $100 for school. After reading Western Union's web page stating "Debit or credit card
When you use a US bank-issued debit or credit card to send money, your receiver can pick up cash in minutes at an agent location, get the money deposited directly in to their bank account within 4-7 business days, or immediately loaded onto their mobile wallet, depending on their location. " I chose to use my debit card, for the fastest delivery. I received a "tracking number" after inputting all information, and it has now been 3 days. The money has not come out of my account, and western union is saying its because of my bank why its taking so long. But nothing was said about that when I chose to use my debit card. I have used Money Gram before and Money Gram was fast, and easy to use. I WILL NEVER USE WESTERN UNION AGAIN
