Thank you for the prompt and efficient 'no-hassle response' (cancellation of subscription) to my concern at having apparently signed up for a subscription rather than the 1-off set of 192 Searches that I mistakenly thought, at first.
Incidentally, you might mention to a manager that this good customer service (actually 'exceptional', these days) raises at least one customer's confidence in dealing with 192.com, and makes it more likely that I will use you again, and will mention it to others if the occasion arises.
