“Poor response to query”

I signed up via Compare the Market.com website on 1st February but have not had any confirmation.
Have spoken on the phone to them twice asking about confirmation
and was promised a ring back. No ring back happened.
By receiving this email requesting I review the company means that they have a record of me, but I still require a reference to quote should I require assistance
