“Poor service”

I was initially impressed by the speed I received the samples through however this initial thinking was soon turned around with poor service in response to both the initial version of my personalised invitation (4 weeks) amends sent (10 days or more for each set of amends) and quality of the work received. After 3 rounds of amends due to type errors and not changes by myself I decided to cancel the order and demanded a refund. Several weeks later, I am still waiting.
