“False promises&over charged. We did not get what promised.”

We were initially overcharged for our fuel and when returning the car was told we would be refunded the full price of fuel. We were also told as their employee did not tell us about toll road charges we would not be charged anything additionally. A week later no money was refunded but a further £58 was taken out of my account for toll charge fines. I attempted to call the helpline to discuss issue and I was told that all correspondence needs to be completed by email. We have now emailed Easirent on 3 separate occasions and have not received one reply.

We have ended up paying an extra 50% of the original cost of the car. We are throughly disgusted with the lack of communication from the company and the charges made to my account in which we were told numerous times we would not be charged for.

I would not recommend this company to a friend and will never be using the company again.
