Very easy website to use. You enter the item you would like to sell, they send a pack to your chosen address with instructions on what to do. Included is a protected packing envelope and a pre paid label for postage. They keep you updated along every stage of the process and if you struggle to get to a post office within the 2 week deadline they also protect the price they give you and extend your date. For anyone worried about using bank details online as I was, there are options to be sent things like a cheque or gift card which can mean you may get more money for it. Personally chose an amazon gift card, the code gets emailed to you and no account details needed! Quick, easy, hassle free and great customer service, will definitely be using again.
