“Rescuemycar but only for an extra £40 ”

First do not base reviews on purchase of a policy....base it on when you have to make a claim, VERY misleading on the fact they will not rescue your car until you pay them an excess of £40 for every call out, this is for local and national, all it said was "£40 excess NATIONAL", now like anyone would think this was for national cover and not local....WRONG, FIRST OFF IT TOOK ME 35 MINS to get these idiots to answer the phone at 13.00hrs, wow just thankful it was not rush hour!, first thing she said was £40 to pay before we go any further, I said hang on that's for national cover, but no it's for any call out.........told them to stick it where the sun don't shine, PAY the extra £10 to any other company but them!!!!
We have 4 cars and that's 4 policy's they will not get!

No doubt they will reply with the standard there are policy’s with no excess……why not show this on comparison sites then!!!! I know why because there are better policy’s just as cheap but without the sneaky £40 excess!
