Oh my days. What a horrible experience! Called customer services and the phone was answered by a really sarcastic woman who, upon hearing my issue, kept interrupting with a sarcastic 'oh dear'. She was so abrupt and when she sounded like she was going to cut the call I said "hang on a minute, you're supposed to be giving me a service" She said 'what do you want me to do?' I then told her that I'd seen very bad reviews online and that I could now see why, at which point she put the phone down. I've tried ringing back but no-one answers. AVOID.
