“Rubbish Refund policy.”

Went to B&Q to get a refund on some door handles costing £23. Was refunded £15 credit note & £6.49 on my credit card!!!! I had bought goods for £76. Because I had used a £15 credit note they would only give me a credit note. Because I had used a £5 money off voucher a portion of this was used on every product I had bought. If I had known this was their policy I would have paid for the door handles seperately. Warning to all future customers (which I won't be in the future) if you think you may want a refund don't use money off voucher.
