I've placed 5 orders over the last 6 months and only one item had to be returned (wrong item sent). Before Xmas, I ordered a coat which was half price but my daughter 'borrowed' it and has lived in it since so 2 days ago I ordered another (£10 cheaper thx to current promo). Today, I collected the coat from local shop. 2 days delivery for a coat reduced from £70 to £22.05 is a good deal for me. Only complaint is their credit limit which only seems to increase if I order a few pounds overlimit..and the increase is just enough to cover the excess. Overall v. Happy with them.
