“Shocking service, awful company, steer clear!!!!”

Ordered bed for next day. Text to say it would not be delivered and someone would call. No call. Call customer services, disinterested staff don't take order details and say someone will call.....nobody called. We call again next day and phone gets put down twice! Finally get through to someone that tells us the bed is out of stock! Order cancelled. Shocking company
