First of all let me tell you that I have been in customer services call centres for 14 long years with 3 top English companies.
Recently we had a very unprofessional meeting with a female person that works for Barclay's branch near us; she was very unprofessional,sarcastic in her comments and arrogant too.
We complained in writing to the head office, to the branch manager and to the online department to Barclays. Since the complain was done we have had 2 calls back to apologize in less than 24 hours and they also provided £50 pounds to get some flowers for my wife.
Years ago we asked for a PPI refund (private personal letter) and we got all the money back not problems after few weeks.
