“Great service”

I ordered 3 doors and had them installed professionally, 2 years ago. At the time I was very pleased and impressed with the personal attention to detail and the help I received at the measuring and ordering stage.
The doors have been great and I have taken pleasure in the fact that they are much better quality and sturdier than the ones on offer at big chains, which also seem to cost a lot more.
2 weeks ago, one of the doors became derailed through normal usage and on inspection we found one of the wheel brackets had broken. As a result the door trim was damage although ( thankfully) the glass was not damaged at all.
We contacted the company, initially just to try and order new parts and get advice on how to make the repair. He was very approachable, listened and questioned very carefully to the problem and then went the extra mile in trying to resolve it by communicating directly with the factory..
The result is that we are now waiting delivery of a brand new door, not just the parts and hope to soon have the cupboard back in use.
I would wholeheartedly recommend the company to anyone thinking of installing theses doors and have already done so to friends over the past 2 years. Thank you!
