“Terrible ! Rip off !”

This company got me on a one off term advertisement offer and then tied me to a rolling 30 day which I was mislead into by sales man who said that it will not continue after 30 days I don't need to do anything it will just not continue ! And then carried on charging me for 3 months without me knowing ! When I cancelled they charged me a final month and then I requested the phone conversation between me and the salesman and they wanted 100 pounds ! Absolutely disgusting company ! I spoke to one decent person there who still could not help me ! I am appalled ! And will be taking this to the financial ombudsman immediately !!

The worst part about this is that they rang me and offered there services ! I feel I have been tricked! And the customer service representative said himself that it's not the first time this week that he has had this scenario so he clearly knows himself that the sales team at this place are misleading people and telling them the wrong information ! Terrible truly disgusting !
