I had an motorbike accident in December 2015,I'm insured with MCE who had been fantastic until this point.To cut the long story short,when it came to making a settlement,Ispoke to a range of cust serv staff,some good,some bad but ONE stood out for me - Hollie. If only they were all like her.Hollis took the time to fact-find and her 1st call resolution attempt is/was exemplary.What I hadn't achieved in over a dozen calls was achieved in 1 call with Hollie.If you ever have to make a claim,ask for NO ONE but Hollie if she's still with MCE.
If any of the managers at MCE ever read this,please give Hollie a commendation.This is no more an excellent rating of Hollie than it is for MCE
