I set out to lose weight at a pound a week eleven months ago and have lost 49 pounds (that's three and a half stone) in 48 weeks wit Weight Loss Resources. I have lost weight despite enjoying many meals out and several holidays and short breaks simply by following the WLR method, logging everything and keeping within my allowance. The food and exercise diaries provide all the resources you need to lose weight. No food is banned and you can earn extra calories through exercise, if you want to and are able to. You can benefit from lots of encouragement, advice and support through the forum whilst staying as anonymous as you like. I recommend WLR wholeheartedly. I have improved substantially on a whole range of health measures which is particularly important to me as I'm a Type 2 diabetic. My health was suffering from lack of exercise due to sciatica but I now can easily walk three miles in just over 45 minutes. I am nearly 62 and feel fitter and healthier than for decades.
