“Fustrating”

Tried to change vehicle online II had sold the insured and had a new vehicle) but functionality of website failed. So tried by phone. Call centre employee took me through the entire bank of questions I had already completed online, I got fustrated so gave up.
I bought a new policy with Admiral online. Then phoned to cancel my previous policy. I suffered a significant cancellation. When I explained why I thought this was unacceptable, I did not get any assistance.
I was then interrupted a number of times at work by up-sale calls.
On my next renewal I will go elsewhere just on principle. Very annoyed.
