“What a shambles! ”

Totally let down by servicing stop, they sent an email offering a really good price, so on Monday we booked our car in for a service and mot, the car was to be collected on the Friday after between 8&10, we were told that we would get an email to confirm the name of the garage where the car was to be taken, after not receiving this email, I contacted them on 3 different occasions for them to say they would chase it, on the Thursday (day before collection was due) I had to again call them for information on where they were taking it, to be told that the person who should be collecting the car was on long term sick leave and there was no one else to collect the car, totally unprofessional!!! Would not recommend to anybody!!
