Paid for an upgrade to a luxury sedan but was picked up in a van. Confirmation note said driver will wait at arrivals - no driver anywhere to be found. Received a call from the driver who gave us directions to where he was parked !!!! Walked right past the taxis in search of driver. Awful service, deeply disappointed. False advertising of service.
