“Good customer service,bad courier company choosen!”

I ordered a Motherboard and I chose Free delivery(delivered within 5 to 7 days),the company in charge was Hermes,very unprofessional. first of all I had to pick up my parcel from a flat in a different building!! after 1 time before that Hermes tried to delivery the parcel cause I could read Not Delivered - Address Query status in one of the updates in the tracking summary web service,the second time they sent me an email telling me that my parcel was delivered successfully,and the tracking status was signed by the neighbor!the point was that I was reading this while I was at home waiting for the delivery and no one rang the entry phone. I asked to my neighbors about my parcel but no one had it. I only could get my parcel when I tried to check if they delivered the parcel in the same number but in the next building . I specified the name of the building where I live twice to Box customer service. I could not contact the transporter,only option that I could do is send an email to box and was Box in charge to contact the courier company, that made it long to fix the issue,although the customer service was faster I´m still having the feeling that was a step totally unnecessary easily to fix if I could contact the courier company by myself and arrange a meeting point. next time I will order something from them,first of all I will ask them if they can changed the courier company before complete the order.
