“What happened ”

I have booked afew times with easirent but be mindful when booking using a credit card as they believe they can just take money from your account without your permission.

I received two fines after my last hire which was all good as I was in the wrong, but I was unhappy to find that they just took the admin costs from my account (£55 to send an email... atleast Europcar send out the physical letter). I paid the first fine myself. Then the second fine comes and this time they've taken money for admin AND the fine, and lol the unprofessional emails I received when questioning this. I think I should at least be able to pay my own fine.

It's a real shame though as I actually liked renting with easirent.
