“Awful, awful, truly, truly awful”

I ordered a dehumidifier from Argos. I received a text saying it would be delivered between 7am and 1pm today. It is now 5.51pm and I'm still waiting. Their on-line web chat is useless. I would give them no stars if I could. Avoid if at all possible. They are awful, truly, truly awful.
