I joined this site not so long ago and i think i have won about 3 times (small wins, from 36p up to a £10)
Last week i bought tickets and it charged me double, and miscalculated my purchase and took too much money. I contacted [email protected] about this 3 times with no response, just a reference number. It has since done this twice more. However, when i locked myself out of my account, they returned my query immediately to reset my password.
I was also entitled to free spins with my deposit- 20. I spun 9 times and it threw me out saying i had used all my spins for the day...when i should have had 11 left.
I contacted Support again, with no response.
Unhappy customer.
